1. Appointments

Scheduling: All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations.

Confirmation: Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and location details.

Late Arrivals: If you are late to your scheduled appointment, we may need to adjust the duration of the shoot. Additional fees may apply for extended sessions.

Cancellations Notice Required: Please provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a $50 fee. No fee for rain-related cancellations; cloudy skies can be edited for free.

No Shows and Late Arrivals: Failure to show or late arrivals resulting in cancellation incur an $80 fee. If we can’t shoot due to property issues, the same fee applies.

Fees for Reshoots: Reshoots incur a fee. To avoid this, ensure the property is ready and communicate any specific requests in advance.

No Refunds: If you’re unhappy with the media, we’ll work on a solution, but refunds are not provided for unattended sessions or lack of communication on shot requests.

2. Shooting Style

Artistic Direction: Our photographers employ a distinctive shooting style designed to highlight the unique features of your property. We encourage open communication about your vision and preferences.

Creative Freedom: While we value client input, we reserve the right to utilize our professional judgment regarding composition, lighting, and editing to achieve the best results.

3. Home Preparation

Preparation Checklist: To ensure optimal results, we recommend that you prepare your property by following our pre-shoot checklist, which will be provided upon booking.

Staging: We suggest decluttering, cleaning, and staging your home before our arrival. A well-prepared space enhances the quality of the photographs.

AS-IS Shooting: Your property must be cleaned, decluttered, and photo-ready upon our arrival. We do not provide cleaning or staging services. Failure to meet these requirements may limit the number and/or quality of photos taken.

4. Directing the Photo Session

Client Involvement: You are welcome to be present during the shoot and may provide guidance. However, our photographer will lead the session to ensure efficiency and artistic integrity.

Property Access: Please ensure that we have access to all areas of the property to capture comprehensive images. Any restrictions may limit our ability to showcase the space effectively.

Unattended Sessions: If you choose an unattended session, we will shoot at our discretion. You may not receive specific shots you envisioned if they have not been previously communicated. It’s advisable to provide a shot list or be present to ensure your needs are met.

5. General Terms

Payment: Payment is due within 15 days after receipt of the invoice. We accept checks, bank transfers, and Zelle payments only. A 50% deposit may be required for large projects.

Rights Granted: By purchasing our services, you grant us the right to use all photos and videos for marketing purposes. This includes online portfolios and social media

Liability: We are fully insured and will take reasonable precautions during the shoot. However, we are not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the session.

Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Modifications: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you prior to your appointment.

6.FAA Regulations:

All drone operations are conducted in accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, including Part 107, which governs commercial drone usage. Our drone operators are licensed and fully certified under these regulations.

Zoning and Airspace Restrictions: Drone photography services are subject to local zoning laws, airspace restrictions, and any temporary flight restrictions (TFR) imposed by the FAA. Some areas, particularly near airports, military bases, or high-security zones, may have restricted or prohibited airspace for drone operations.

Property Permissions: It is the responsibility of the property owner or agent to ensure that the property and surrounding areas do not fall within restricted zones. If the property is located in a restricted area, we may need to obtain special permissions or waivers, which could affect the scheduling and availability of services.

Compliance with Local Laws: In addition to federal regulations, our team adheres to all state and local laws regarding drone operations, including but not limited to privacy laws, noise ordinances, and trespassing regulations.

Weather Conditions: Weather conditions may also impact drone photography availability. For safety reasons, drone flights will not be conducted during adverse weather conditions, such as high winds, rain, or storms.

7. Travel Fees and Local Service Area

Service Area: We primarily serve the greater Los Angeles area. For locations outside this area, additional travel fees may apply.

Travel Fees: A fee of $40 will be charged for distances exceeding 25 Miles from Brentwood, CA. Please inquire about specific locations for accurate pricing.

8. Media Delivery Times

Turnaround Time: Standard delivery time for edited images and videos is typically within 24-48 Hours following the shoot.

Expedited Service: If you require a faster turnaround, please let us know at the time of booking. Expedited services may incur an additional fee.

9. Image Quality

Natural Light: Photo packages listed on our website are shot in natural light without any additional lighting. This may cause slight color variations in some of your interior images that will not be corrected in Photoshop without additional cost and labor.

Delivery Method: All media will be delivered via a secure online gallery, from which you can download high-resolution files
